DAIWA Z 2020SH拆解

接到保養任務...拆解開始
主要是教大家怎麼拆.但是用什麼油每個人都有自己的一套
或是取得有所限制.所以不做介紹了

開始拆~往OPEN旋轉就可以鬆開側蓋鎖定

側蓋上緣有小卡榫.所以先用指甲從強中弱磁煞的縫隙輕摳開下緣.再往側下方拿開即可

三段調整磁煞與微調紐.微調紐中間是螺絲

但是螺絲縫很寬.在這我愣了一下

後來想到該不會是與ABU早期用硬幣就可以拆一樣吧.果然1元硬幣剛好

拆開後會自己彈起

這時候要整體輕轉動一下.因為主體框架與磁煞調校系統有卡榫

就這邊與主體卡住

裡面有藏一顆培林

接著就能取下線杯

接著拆把手

固定六角螺絲的墊片也是有正反面.圓潤倒角的向外觸感好.

銳利面朝下貼著把手

中柱外的圓金屬圈.做得非常密合.個人覺得可能比中柱小1條或0.5條
裝回去時要用點力氣

直接放是不容易輕鬆放進的.要用些力量克服金屬的彈性

轉動星狀盤.可以把它推出來

星狀盤後也有個銅墊圈.小心別掉

這邊是他的星狀紐聲響裝置與碗狀墊圈

要相對裝

轉開機械煞會看到中間有塑料黑色的.那是機械煞用來頂線杯的棒子
至於我畫紅色形狀的東西.一開始以為是用來固定鋁金屬色澤那邊的機構.
後來發現他只是用來製造滴滴聲響的裝置..要拆它必須前後一起推.
才能讓它的弧度離開夾緊的狀態

接著拆另一側蓋.這邊的洞一開始不懂要幹嘛.後來發現是用來轉另一側螺絲方便而留下的洞

螺絲三個也不一樣長...要小心

另外來要拿掉線規那的橫向滑動固定棒.才能拿掉另一側

拿掉另一側後也能取掉"下巴"

裡面齒輪機構如此.比我想像中簡潔

機械煞那邊的鋁色金屬是拿不下來的.別硬弄

仔細看有裂痕...表示那邊是壓實卡死的機構...那裏也有顆培林

如果要拿掉上蓋.要搞定兩側的這幾個螺絲
不過我的十字起子刻痕不夠薄.轉不到.所以沒拆

主齒輪稍搖動很容易能拿下.不像之前拆大康(400CALCUTTA CONQUEST)要很辛苦.
表是他尺寸設計得很剛好材料應該也頗堅固.
無須利用公差的縮小來彌補材料磨損

下面被油黏著鳥仔(防逆轉裝置)接觸的齒輪一起上來

鳥仔齒輪上還黏了一個要讓你掉+不小心弄壞重買的超薄墊圈

仔細看不是一個.是兩片重疊的超超薄墊圈.小心

拿開有一個纖維剎車圈.還有一個固定纖維圈的半透明圓片

裝回去時要這樣

主齒輪上面的部分一拿開.還好我有識破它另一個要人花錢的心機

這個聲響紐比SHIMANO的還要小.裝回去記得塞那個有彈簧的凹洞.圓端向外
細端插入

上面有一圈橡膠圈.應該是為了防止不適合的油流進去

主齒輪內緣的刻痕.就是為了造成出線時的喀喀聲

中軸上也有橡膠圈.應該也是防止不一樣的油進去

我沒拆麻花棒.因為那C型環太難搞..我不是主人.所以不想承擔傷很大的風險
2020的主人要自己保養時就大力弄下去吧
另外我發現沒有找到半月插銷的拆卸螺絲
有想應該是半月叉銷插著時.用這個圓形有卡榫的套筒頂住.要拆應該是那四方卡角內推就能拿下來

裝回去時..星狀盤要鎖多緊呢(必須在裝著線杯的狀態調整)
用拇指輕按線杯開始鎖.鎖到會因為星狀盤而帶動線杯.大概就夠了

心得是內部機構比我想像中的容易拆.至少比起拆大康400容易很多
我想這應該是因物設計能力進步後.也發現除了外表使用機能好.
內部保養也應該要被注意到設計得容易拆解.這點昨天跟友人討論.發現SHIMANO廠也有在進步
他在拆現在最高階的S廠指剎磯釣紡車.就發現很好拆解
但是幾年前的頂級指煞磯釣紡車.就..........讓他搞得快死掉了...

而拋投按鈕.只有在主齒輪那一側有比較堅固的固定.在調磁煞那一側只是滑動的溝槽
中間就靠按鈕連接.......總覺得會有點..會按壞的FU..至少在壓的時候會發現有點一高一低

另外就是.我發現至少明面上可以看到的其實有4種油.培林油一種.
培林外面防髒東西進入又一種
中軸等不常轉動的機構一種(途中紫紅色的)
不過很意外是剎車片與主齒輪好像也是同一種(黃色濃稠透明)也可能是我看錯
塑膠齒輪又一另種(白色濃稠不太有光澤)
麻花棒又一種(也可能就是防培林髒的那種)

看來油真得是個大學問
